The Chinese say that the body rejuvenates and that many diseases disappear, and you will be healthy, cheerful, and full of energy if you regularly put an ice cube in a specific place on the neck.
This place is located between the tendons in the neck, specifically at the nape where is a hole where the head and neck are connected. That is the point, which in Chinese acupuncture is called Feng Fu or refuge of wind.
You need to lie on your stomach (or sit) and put one ice cube at the point of Feng Fu (the hole at the back of the head) and hold it for 20 minutes. The ice cube can be fixed with a bandage or a scarf.
Do this regularly, in the morning and before going to bed, catching a cold while doing this procedure is not possible.
In the beginning, it may present a cold feeling, but for 30 to 40 seconds you’ll start to feel the influx of heat to the point of action. The first few days you will have a feeling of euphoria due to the release of endorphins into the bloodstream.
Regular placing the ice cubes on the back of the head will improve your sleep, your mood, and general vitality. It also improves the functioning of the digestive tract and removes headaches, toothache, and pain in the joints.
Putting the ice cubes on the point of Feng Fu helps with respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, neurological diseases with degenerative changes of the spine, acute gastrointestinal and sexually transmitted diseases, disorders of the thyroid gland, arthritis, hypertension and hypotension, asthma, obesity and malnutrition, cellulite (especially in the prevention and early stage), disorders of the menstrual cycle and endocrine infertility, psychoemotional disorders, stress, chronic fatigue, depression, insomnia.
The action taken in Feng Fu point is not a treatment, but restores the physiological balance, rejuvenates the body, and gives it a strong impulse to live. Avoid this method if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or suffer from epilepsy or schizophrenia.
In Chinese medicine, the body looks like an energy system, so that acupuncture and massage can affect the flow of energy and functional activity of the organs.
