Apple

A recent study shows that women who ate two eggs for breakfast decreased their weight by 65% more and reduce their waist to 83% more than those who did not eat eggs. If you have increased cholesterol eat only the egg white because it contains a variety of proteins, vitamins, and minerals necessary for your body.
Soy
Soy is quite nutritious because it is rich in protein, so you will be saturated faster and longer. It reduces the bad cholesterol and increases the good ones. Despite that, it relieves the harmful effects of unhealthy food.
